Manufactured Home Plumbers

Why Won’t Most Plumbers Work on my Manufactured Home or Mobile Home?

Many plumbers refuse to work on manufactured/mobile homes. There are several reasons for this, foremost of which is many plumbers don’t want to crawl under your home. There are potentially snakes, scorpions, and various assorted vermin hiding under there. Plus, many plumbers are just plain “too big” to fit in the limited access that many mobile homes offer. At Sav-On Plumbing we know this and are not afraid. Our service plumbers are nimble and have no problem getting into tight spots like those afforded under mobile homes. We have been doing it since 1981. Many older model homes have old galvanized plumbing that offers challenges to repair. Our extensive experience in this area allows us to repair pipes that other plumbers may be afraid to tackle. If your home does need repiping, we are well-equipped and qualified to perform the job, and our prices are very reasonable.

Mobile home/manufactured home drains can be difficult to clean, leaving many plumbers frustrated and unable to clear the stoppage. After 30+ years of cleaning drains, there aren’t too many surprises for our skilled service technicians.

Next time you have a plumbing issue in your home, call Sav-On Plumbing; we will rectify the problem quickly at a price you can afford.

  1. I need to have a late 70’s mobile home that needs repiping. I don’t believe that your company would want to do this due to the distance involved, but can you recommend someone down in the Sierra Vista area that could do the work?
